Our High Heart Art shakers are a combination of prayer bundle, rattle, and magic 8 ball. Our shakers are filled with holy medals, charms, special beads, crystal chips, a holy card, hand made clay Mother and rosary.
Rattles are used across many sacred traditions as a way to clear the energy field with sound. Much like animals shake off bad experiences, you can use your shaker all around your aura to cleanse yourself or someone else. I also use these as a meditation tool or “magic 8 ball” by rolling it while meditating and seeing what appears inside. The reason these aren’t filled to the top is so items that are inside can appear as you roll it.
